How do I pay for multiple machines?
Please select and pay each machine individually using PayPal. You can speed up PayPal transaction authentication by checking ìRemember meî when you are in PayPal the first time.
Can I pay using a mix of coins and PayPal?
This is easy. Tap on the Amount value on the screen and change it to the amount you want to pay electronically and you can pay the rest using coins in the machine.
Can I change the amount I want to put in the Dryer?
On entry to the screen you will usually see the dryer amount set to the amount you needed for an average sized load. If the store allows you to pay a lower amount, you can tap on amount PLUS MINUS keys to change the amount you wish to pay.
Will the machine credit instantly?
The machine will be credited as soon as you authorise the payment using your credit or debit card.
I have a problem using ePay Laundry on this machine, who should I contact?

There was a problem crediting the machine, when will my payment be refunded?
We refund the payment automatically if there was a problem crediting the machine. Sometimes the receiving bank (your bank) does not apply the refund back to your card immediately and in that case the transaction status may show as "pending" in your account for another 1 or 2 business days until your bank has processed the refund. If you still do not have the refund after this period of time, please contact us.
How do I save my credit card on my iPhone to avoid having to type it to start a laundry machine?
1. Open the Settings app on your device. 2. Tap Safari. 3. Tap Autofill. 4. Turn "Use Contact Info" on. 5. Set "My Info" to point to your contact record with your email address populated. 6. Make sure the Credit Cards slider is GREEN/ON. 7. Tap Saved Credit Cards. 8. Use your Touch ID or enter your passcode. 9. Select "Add Credit Card" to enter your credit card information.
How do I save my credit card on my Android phone to avoid having to type it to start a laundry machine?
